  Hi! I'm Akane, and I'm from Japan. I have been at GEOS Costa Mesa for one year. When I came here for the first time, I couldn't speak English at all. Step by step, I began speaking more and more. Now, I can easily talk with others. Actually, I learned other things, too, such as culture, forming relationships, and how to keep myself organized. I went to many places with John such as Hollywood, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon was especially beautiful and huge.
